Call for volunteers

The Friends of HOPE play an integral role in supporting the HOPE Foundation for Research on Ageing. Not only with fundraising activities but also building a network of supports. You can find out more about the Friends here.

Right now, we need to refresh, expand and spread the work of the Hope Foundation for Research on Ageing, and we need help. Some of our wonderful volunteers are now in their 90s and could use a hand. Are you interested in helping and supporting your own ageing future? If we live a successful life, we will all get old!

What do we need?

Any contribution - small or large makes a huge difference to our cause. Contact us if you think you can help - Dr Maree Todd or Karen Mumme

Organisers

Are you good at committee work? Taking minutes? Team work?

 Can you chair a committee?

Can you take responsibility for organising one social fundraising activity per year?

Could you set up a Friends support group in your locality?

 Diversity

We are looking to expand the generations, gender and cultural diversity of our supporters.

We need more men ….

Are you a former scholar who could help?

Do you have grandparents and can see the issues they are facing?

Fundraisers, marketers, communication experts

Do you have experience in these areas or know someone who does who would like to help?
